Information

FIELD SIZE:
The field is limited to 120-132 players for all tournaments. Cut to 45 professionals + ties after 2nd round.

MEMBERSHIP:
No membership is required to enter.

RANKINGS:

• All tournaments are full counting towards:
• Nordic Golf League Ranking 2012
• (The leading 5 players from the final ranking will gain exemption to the 2013 European Challenge Tour)
• ECCO Tour Ranking 2012
• (The leading 20 players will qualify for ECCO Tour Championship, CT event with 150.000€)
• (The leading 80 players will qualify for Backtee Race to Himmerland, 100.000€ event)

ENTRIES:

Entries are open to all professionals, non-amateurs and amateurs with handicap 3 or lower.
Entries can be done through the ECCO Tour online entry system. New players must create a profile (click the Application Form button in the menu) Contact mb@golfpromote.dk for further info.

ENTRY FEE & ACCOMODATION PACKAGE:

We are offering a total package including:

• Accommodation for 10 nights in shared apartments (from March 13th to March 23rd)
• * Apartments for 4-6 persons includes, two-three bedrooms, full kitchen, two-three bathrooms, washer, TV, outdoor heated pool etc.
• Free golf every day
• Free access to all practice facilities
• Free access to top class gym and spa
• Free shuttle service within the resort
• Entry fee for both tournaments
• Free trolleys on a first come first serve basis
• Free yardage books
• 15% discount in all La Manga Club owned restaurants
• All tournaments are full counting towards:
• Nordic League Ranking 2012
• ECCO Tour Ranking 2012Full package is offered at a total price of
  1.880 EURO (Equal to 13.985,- DKK)
  The package is available as above, but can be split between players.

EXTRA NIGHTS:
Arrival prior to March 13th and departure later than March 23rd can be arranged.

• Rates are:
  - extra nights: 37,50 € per person per room
  as many players as possible will be accommodated in double room / max 1 single per day will be accepted
  - single bedroom supplement in sharing Townhouse:
  35,00 € p.p. / night
  - caddies/partners:
  35,00 € p.p. / night in sharing Townhouse
• CHILD REDUCTIONS:
  - children under 12:
  free sharing with a room with their parents
  - children over 12:
  24,00 € per night in extra bed

PAYMENT/REGISTRATION:

A non-refundable sign up deposit of 100€ must be paid no later than 8 days after the entry is made. This deposit will be deducted from the total entryfee.

WITHDRAWAL OR CANCELLATION:

Withdrawal from a tournament must be made by contacting the tour office.
The following penalty fees apply:

• Cancellations made on or before January 25th at 18:00 – No fee
• Cancellations made on or before February 13th at 18:00 – A cancellation fee of 200€ applies
• Cancellations made after February 13th at 18:00 – No refund*
• * If a player finds a substitute to take his spot, it will be accepted without charges.
