Dear player,

Last week we announced that Aalborg and Esbjerg are now confirmed as counting on the NGL Ranking, GolfBox Road to Europe. And that the top-3 on the ranking at the end of the season will advance to the Challenge Tour in 2021. Now, more events are confirmed as counting towards the rankings. Please find below.

We promised you some more information about rules for rankings, categories, exemption and Q-Schools. Here it is:

Re-ranking 2021
There will be no re-ranking this year which means that current categories up to category 12 will remain during 2020 and Section A in 2021.

Players that finish top 75 on the Golfbox Road to Europe 2020 and don’t have another category will be provided with a temporary category for next season in Section A, 008RTE20-xx

Q-school 2021

  • There will only be national qualifying schools for 2021
  • 30 players will receive category 007A which is a temporary category for section A 2021. The spots are divided as following:
    – 15 spots to Sweden
    – 9 spots to Denmark
    – 3 spots to Finland
    – 3 spots to Norway

We would like to encourage you to play as many events as possible in 2020. It is important for you, for us and for the sponsors.

Close of entry for Thisted Forsikring Championship in Aalborg from 6 – 7 August is moved to Wednesday 29 July at 12:00. This event will be counting towards the GolfBox Road to Europe.
